Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we're doing, and not overreacting to or being overwhelmed by stressors and distraction all around us. The goal of mindfulness is to pay attention to your thoughts and emotions without judgement.

The Mindfulness Reset Program identifies and challenges your self-limiting beliefs, that hinder you from being your whole self, your healthiest self. We will work together to peel back those challenging layers related to your social, emotional, and nutritional wellness. Together we’ll create realistic goals and actions steps to support YOUR wellness journey.
The Mindfulness Reset Program utilizes a clinically researched, plant-based wellness program to support your nutritional goals. NO, you do not have to convert to a plant-based diet or become a vegan. NO counting calories or DIEting.
This is NOT a weight loss program. The core focuses of the Mindful Eating Program encompasses nutrition, hydration, sleep, and movement/exercise.
